Negotiations for peace and the challenges it poses will once again be the focus on “In Black & White” this week, when host Milinda Moragoda interviews Jose Maria Argueta Cifuentes of Guatemala at 10.30 p.m. on Channel 1 of MTV on May 16 Sunday. He was the first civilian head of national security in Guatemala (under President DeLeon Carpio), and was involved in government planning for the peace process and for building political support within the country and military. He is also the founder of a conflict resolution centre in Guatemala and El Salvador.
