Photo: Justice and Law Reforms Minister Milinda Moragoda paid a courtesy call on the President of the Court of Appeals, Justice Sathya Hettige, PC. The visit was part of a round of visits Mr. Moragoda has been making to seek the advice of eminent jurists.
